The project presents 40 units of which include one to three bedroom condos. Each unit is abonduntly illuminated with natural sunlight, is well divided and extremely practical. The concept “basically simple” allows each resident to adopt the setting as is or to transform their condo according to the design style of their liking. Each condo’s balcony is very spacious, ensures privacy, and can also be redesigned to suit personal tastes.
